DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Chairman Michael Turner today exercised a
Senior Executive Share Option over 53,216 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the
Company, of which 11,660 were granted to him in July 2005 at £3.67 per share,
10,040 in July 2006 at £4.98 per share, 5,589 in July 2007 at £7.51 per share,
13,011 in July 2008 at £4.05 per share and 12,916 in July 2009 at £4.80 per
share.

Mr Turner then sold the shares mentioned above on the London Stock Exchange at
£8.70 each.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
