The Company wishes to advise that Mrs L Dunsmore, a connected person of
Non-Executive Director John Dunsmore, has purchased `A' Ordinary 40p shares in
the Company as follows, 5,600 at £9.40 per share, 4,282 at £9.50 per share and
625 at £9.60 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
