DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller, an Executive Director, has
transferred 65,000 `B' Ordinary 4p Shares in the Company to his wife.

Richard Fuller and his wife then sold 40,000 and 65,000 `B' Ordinary 4p Shares
in the Company, respectively at a price of £0.7655 each.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
