DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that John Meadowcroft, a PDMR, has today exercised
an Executive Share Option over 3,700 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company,
which were granted to him in July 2008 at a price of £4.05 per share.

Mr Meadowcroft sold 2,043 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange,
at a price of 709.5595p per share and transferred 1,657 A' Ordinary 40p Shares
to his wife. His wife then sold 1,657 shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a
price of 709.5595p per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
