DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Ian Bray, a recently appointed Executive
Director, on Tuesday 6 March 2012, bought 1,250 `A' Ordinary Shares of 40p each
in the Company at £6.95 per share. These are shares that he is required to
purchase as qualifying shares under the Company's Articles of Association.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
