TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PDMRS
The Company wishes to advise that Tarquin Williams, a PDMR of the Company, and
his wife Lynne Williams, today each sold 2,000 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the
Company at a price of £5.21 and £5.20 per share respectively.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
