TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS AND PDMRS

The Company wishes to advise that Mark Dally, a PDMR, transferred 3,740 `A'
Ordinary 40p Shares and 10,665 `B' Ordinary 4p Shares to his spouse.

The Company also wishes to advise that Mark Dally, a PDMR, today exercised an
Executive Share Option over 14,150 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company,
which were granted to him in June 2003 at a price of £2.12 per share.

Mr Dally then transferred 14,150 shares to his spouse.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
