DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that on 22 March 2011, Richard Fuller, an
Executive Director of the Company, as a result of his appointment as a Trustee
of two charitable Trusts, now has a non beneficial interest in Trust holdings
in the Company of 500,000 `A' Ordinary 40p shares and 10,817,865 `B' shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
