TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS AND PDMRS

The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller, a PDMR, today transferred
47,000 `B' Ordinary 4p shares in the Company to Mrs C Fuller, and 5,000 `C'
Ordinary shares of 40p in the Company to Mrs C Fuller, Miss M Fuller and Mr H
Fuller.
