Directors' and Persons Dispensing Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")'s
interests in ordinary shares of the Company

On 20 July 2009, Sanne Group, the Trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner
Employee Share Trust 2008 (the "Trust") purchased 76,399 `A' Ordinary Shares in
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. at a price of £4.75 each. The Trust is a
discretionary Trust for the benefit of such employees (including the Directors)
of Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. as the Trustee may decide to benefit.
