                               Interim Dividend                                

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 4.4p per share (first interim
dividend 2007: 4.2p per share) in respect of the year ended 30 September 2008.
Such dividend will be paid on 6 May 2008 to shareholders on the register on 4
April 2008. The shares will go ex-dividend on 2 April 2008.
