Appointment of New Auditors

Following the announcement made by the Company on 19 June 2014, the Board of
Directors of the Company has now concluded the terms of engagement of the
Company's new auditors for the 2014/2015 financial year and has formally
appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will be proposed for re-appointment as auditor of
the Company at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in February 2015.
