Transaction in Own Shares

                             Repurchase of Shares                              

Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company on 19 February 2015
bought into Treasury 25,000 of its own shares at a price of 875.12 pence per
share. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 54,128,896. This figure
includes 789,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury which attract no voting
rights.
