Transaction in Own Shares

                             Repurchase of Shares                              

Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company on 31 December 2014
bought into Treasury 40,000 of its own shares at a price of 855.50 pence per
share. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 54,128,896. This figure
includes 764,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury which attract no voting
rights.
