                             Repurchase of Shares                              

Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company on 23 September 2014
bought into Treasury 55,000 of its own shares at a price of 878.80 pence per
share. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 54,128,896. This figure
includes 204,000 ordinary shares held as Treasury shares which attract no
voting rights.
