Transaction in Own Shares - correction

Fidelity Special Values PLC advises that the following replaces the transaction
in own shares announcement released on 13 August 2007 at 16:56 under RNS number
PRNUK- 1308071653-3F7D. The price per share should have read 599.99 pence and
not 600.00 pence as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged.

Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company, on 13 August 2007,
repurchased 54,000 of its own shares for cancellation at a price of 599.99
pence per share. The total number of shares now in issue is 59,838,530.
