Dividend Statement

As detailed in the announcement of the Company's results today, the Board is
recommending to shareholders the approval of a final dividend of 7.5 pence per
share for the year ended 31 August 2007. If approved, this dividend will be
paid on 20 December 2007 to shareholders on the register on 16 November 2007.
The ex-dividend date will be 14 November 2007.
