Fidelity Japanese Values PLC ("the Company")

Voting Rights and Capital as at 2 April 2015.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1

As at 2 April 2015 Fidelity Japanese Values PLC's issued share capital consists
of 114,025,893 ordinary shares with voting rights and 22,719,802 subscription
shares without voting rights. Fidelity Japanese Values PLC holds no shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Japanese Values PLC is
114,025,893.

The above figure (114,025,893) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Japanese
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
