Change to the Annual Management Charge

The Board of Fidelity Japanese Values PLC announces that it has agreed with the
Manager that, with effect from 1 January 2014, the Annual Management Charge
will be reduced from 1.00% pa of gross assets to 0.85% pa.

All other fees will remain unchanged.
