Kay has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 29 October 2004.

Mr Kay is currently a partner of Docklands Partners.

Mr Kay was previously a director of Schroder Securities Limited.

It is confirmed that there is no information to be disclosed under paragraph
6.F.2 (b) to (g).
