Voting Rights and Capital as at 30 November 2007

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of November 2007 Fidelity European Values PLC repurchased
521,500 of its own shares.

As at 30 November 2007 Fidelity European Values PLC's issued share capital
consists of 59,901,551 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity European
Values PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity European Values PLC is
59,901,551.

The above figure (59,901,551) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity European
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
