Investment Policy

Further to the recent changes in the Listing Rules, the Board of Fidelity
European Values PLC ('the Company') hereby announces it is the Company's policy
to invest no more than 15% of its gross assets in other investment companies
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
