Revolving credit facility

The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC announces that on 28 December 2007 it
repaid the €15,000,000 drawn down of a €25,000,000 revolving credit facility
with Lloyds TSB Bank plc.

The facility remains in place with no funds drawn down and as a whole matures
on 15 December 2011.
