This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1.

As at 18 July 2013 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC's issued share capital
consists of 621,989,480 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity China
Special Situations PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC is 621,989,480.

The above figure (621,989,480) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity China
Special Situations PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
