Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

Voting Rights and Capital as at 01 March 2011.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1

As at 01 March 2011 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC's issued share
capital consists of 656,404,480 ordinary shares with voting rights, following
the conversion of 166,250,000 C shares into 157,654,480 ordinary shares with
voting rights on 01 March 2011. Fidelity China Special Situations PLC holds no
shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC is 656,404,480.

The above figure (656,404,480) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity China
Special Situations PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
