Total Voting Rights

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

Voting Rights and Capital as at 28 February 2011.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of February 2011 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC issued
166,250,000 C shares with voting rights.

As at 28 February 2011 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC's issued share
capital consisted of 498,750,000 ordinary shares with voting rights and
166,250,00 C shares with voting rights. Fidelity China Special Situations PLC
holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC was 665,000,000 as at 28 February 2011.

On 28 February 2011, the above figure (665,000,000) could have been used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Fidelity China Special Situations PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
