Total Voting Rights - CORRECTION

The issuer advises that the following replaces the total voting rights
announcement released on 9 August at 09:56 under Release Reference number
PRNUK-0908130956-08FC. The issued share capital and the total number of voting
rights in Fidelity China Special Situations should have read 614,689,480 and
not 609,289,480 as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged.

Voting Rights and Capital as at 08 August 2013.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1.

As at 08 August 2013 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC's issued share
capital consists of 614,689,480 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity
China Special Situations PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC is 614,689,480.

The above figure (614,689,480) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity China
Special Situations PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
