Correction : Transaction in Own Shares

Error in previous release



Fidelity China Special Situations PLC announces that the Company on 20 February
2014 repurchased for cancellation 825,000 of its own shares at a price of
105.35 pence per share. The total number of shares now in issue is 576,014,480.
