Amendment - Total Voting Rights

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

The issuer advises that the following replaces the "total assets value"
announcement released on 1 October 2010 at 10:19 under RNS number
PRNUK-0110101016-EF83. The headline for the announcement should have read
"Total voting rights". All other details remain unchanged. The full amended
text appears below.

Voting Rights and Capital as at 30 September 2010.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of September 2010 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC issued
6,500,000 ordinary shares.

As at 30 September 2010 Fidelity China Special Situations PLC's issued share
capital consists of 481,700,000 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity
China Special Situations PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity China Special
Situations PLC is 481,700,000.

The above figure (481,700,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity China
Special Situations PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
