This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1

As at 8 June 2011 Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital consists of
61,604,287 ordinary shares with voting rights and 11,526,426 subscription
shares without voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC holds no shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is
61,604,287.

The above figure (61,604,287) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
