Voting Rights and Capital as at 6 December 2011.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1.

As at 6 December 2011 Fidelity Asian Values PLCs issued share capital consists
of 61,068,704 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC
holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is
61,068,704.

The above figure 61,068,704 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian Values PLC
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
