Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 7 June 2011 the Company issued and
allotted 36,745 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 May 2011 following the
exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,604,287

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,526,426 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
