Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 24 June 2011 the Company issued and
allotted 16,808 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 30 June 2011 following the
exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,621,095

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,509,618 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
