Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 15 February 2011 the Company issued
and allotted 80,069 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 14 February 2011
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,537,866.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,592,847 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
