Doc re Miscellaneous Loan

The Board of Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 3 February 2010 the
Company entered into a 364 day revolving credit facility with ING Bank N.V. The
loan is for an amount up to US$15,000,000. It is the Board's intention that the
proceeds of the loan will be invested in a manner consistent with the Company's
investment objective.
