Appointment of a new non-executive director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Scholefield as a non-executive Director with effect from 30 September 2015. He will also serve as a member of the Management Engagement, Nominations and Audit Committees of the Board.

Tim is currently a non-executive director of F&C Capital and Income Trust Plc and a member of the Investment Committee of the General Medical Council.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Tim Scholefield. As at the date of this announcement, Tim has no beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
