                  Appointment of a new non-executive director                  

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Warren as a
non-executive Director with effect from 29 September 2014. He will also serve
as a member of the Management Engagement, Nominations and Audit Committees of
the Board.

Michael Warren is currently a non-executive director of Carrington Investments
and Alquity Investment Management Limited.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect
of Michael Warren. As at the date of this announcement, Michael has no
beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
