June revenues top $1m

June 2008 - record revenue month

The Directors of Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc are pleased to announce that
the continued strong oil price has contributed to a record monthly wellhead
revenue stream in June of one million US Dollars net to Europa.

Paul Barrett, Managing Director of Europa, said `The continued high oil price
serves to underline the importance to the Company of its near-term aims to
further increase production from its East Midlands assets. The increased
revenue will support Europa's eagerly anticipated four-well exploration
programme over the next 9-12 months.'
