The Company has been notified that Corrie Limited, a company controlled by Mr.
Roderick Corrie (a non-executive director of the Company), acquired 12,500
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 24p per share on 21st May 2008.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Corrie is interested in 37,500 ordinary shares,
representing 0.05 per cent, of the issued share capital of the Company.
