Director's Dealings                              

The Company received notification yesterday that Hugh Mackay, CEO of the
Company, on the same day purchased 132,501 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.25 pence each. Following this
purchase, Hugh is interested in 588,116 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
