Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 July 2010        

Further to the announcement of Preliminary Results on 14 October, the Directors
are pleased to announce that the audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year 
to 31 July 2010 are now available on the Company website (www.europaoil.com). 
Printed Annual Report and Accounts will be mailed to shareholders on 9 November.
