IBL was informed on 17 February 2006 that, following the purchase of 50,000
shares on 25 January 2006, Mr David Bailey and his wife Sue Bailey are now the
beneficial owners of 1,049,780 Ordinary Shares in IBL representing
approximately 3.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
