International Brand Licensing plc is delighted to announce the appointment of
Gordon Hall as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Gordon has extensive
public company experience, which, the Board believes, will be of great benefit
to IBL and its shareholders moving forward.

Michael Henry, a current Non-Executive Director of IBL, today steps down from
the Board in order to pursue his other business interests. The Company thanks
him for his contribution to the successful development of IBL over the past
three years and wishes him well for the future.
