                            Directors Shareholding                             

International Brand Licensing has today granted Adam Reynolds and Gordon Hall
options (the 'Options') over 1,250,000 and 500,000 Shares in the Company
respectively. The Options may be acquired at a price of 20 pence per share from
twelve months today until 28 June 2010.
