The Company announces that its Chairman, Adam Reynolds, yesterday purchased
100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 18.5 pence per
share.

Mr Reynolds' shareholding now totals 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
