                           Directors' shareholdings                            

The Company was informed on 20 April 2006 that directors Adam Reynolds and Paul
Foulger each bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p at a price of 21p per share.

Following these share purchases, Adam Reynolds holds 187,500 shares
representing 0.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Paul
Foulger holds 70,000 shares representing 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
