                                 AGM Statement                                 

At today's Annual General Meeting of IBL, owner of the Admiral sportswear
brand, all resolutions were passed.

In his address to shareholders, Chairman Adam Reynolds, made the following
statement:

'I am pleased to report that trading has continued to improve since our interim
statement in August.

Demand for Admiral England cricket apparel continues to grow and has exceeded
internal budgets to date. Continued exposure across all forms of media has
certainly heightened awareness of English cricket and further enhanced the
value of the Admiral brand as a whole. This is evidenced in the size and number
of orders from both new and existing retailers.

I speak on behalf of the whole Board in saying that we are very encouraged by
the outlook for the current year and beyond.'
