Result of AGM

At the annual general meeting of Anglo Pacific Group plc (the 'Company') held
on 26th May 2004 ordinary resolutions were passed to authorise scrip dividends
and a final dividend of 1.3p per share. Special resolutions to authorise the
allotment for cash of new equity shares or from treasury and to authorise the
Company to make one or more market purchases of its own shares were also
passed.
