                            - Director's Dealings -                            

The Board has been informed today that Mike Brent, an Executive Director of the
Company, yesterday sold 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of 202.5p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Brent beneficially holds 26,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's current issued share
capital.

Furthermore on 06 August 2003 the Board granted 70,000 options over the 5p
ordinary shares to Mr Brent with an exercise price of 202.5p. Following this he
now has a total of 565,000 options over the ordinary shares of the Company.
