The Board has been informed today, that Mrs A Brent, the wife of Mike Brent, an
Executive Director, yesterday sold 7,000 ordinary shares at a price of 157p per
share. Following this transaction Mr Brent beneficially holds 101,000 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.39 per cent. of the Company's current
issued share capital.
